Pop Smoke dropped his smash hit Welcome to the Party in April of 2019. The song served as the lead track on the mixtape he released his debut album Meet the Woo. It was later remixed twice, one with Nicki Minaj and the other featuring Skepta in the month of August, 2019. This track is noteworthy because of the inclusion of UK drills. This is a design which would appear throughout his discography. The collaborations between 808Melo and British drill producer 808Melo were the reason for this. After the popularity with Welcome to the Party Welcome to the Party, he worked with popular artists to create singles like War which features Lil Tjay or 100k on the Coupe, which features Calboy. Gatti was the collaboration he had together with JackBoys, Travis Scott in December of 2019, and is the album's last track.
