Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is well-known for his unique style of rapping. Baker was born in Houston in Texas on the 22nd of April, 1990 into the family of a German and English Scottish family. As a child, he spent a great deal of time traveling with his parents, who were missionaries. James Colson Baker, his father, suffered depression as well as unemployment. His mother Sonia Alane had left him when he turned nine. Baker along with his father moved to Denver and lived in the home of his father's Aunt. The other kids of the neighborhood were bullies Baker for being poor. When he reached sixth grade, Baker started to learn the art of rap. Colson Baker, also known as Machine Gun Kelly was born on April 22 1990 in Texas the U.S. The artist is famous for mixing hip-hop styles that are contemporary and alternative to rock music in his compositions. Prior to signing with Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010. The Cleveland rapper, who delivers the lyrics with as much speed as bullets, saw a meteoric climb in late 2011 when he switched to self-publishing mixtapes instead of signing with reputable labels. After that, his career skyrocketed as each of his albums charted inside the top 10 charts.
