American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her first role was an actor in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). Then, she portrayed the role as reporter Willa McPherson in FX's show Dirt. She also had an important role in FX's short-lived show The Ex List. In the first season of FX's American Horror Story, she starred as Moira O'Hara's young character. She was later Kaylee in season three. She was Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She voices various characters in the show Family Guy, an animated comedy. Since 2019, she has starred in the role of Melinda "Mel" Monroe in the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge grew up in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10 years old when her mother and she moved to California [1] where they lived for a year before finally setting up in Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 years old when she first began to pursue an interest in photography, acting and singing. When she turned 15, she relocated with her mother back to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career
